Our Vision

Our vision here at The King’s Church, Ilford, is a vision of what already is; a vision of God, and how good He is, and how wonderful it is to be alive and a friend of such a Being.  That is our vision.

We are, and want to be a worshipping church, lovers of God; a people expecting to encounter Him. We are passionate about Jesus, desiring His presence, sensitive to the Holy Spirit and led by Him.

We aim to be a continually Spirit-filled church, where everyone desires to live according to the Spirit and all are open to what the Holy Spirit wants to do.

We want everyone to seek to move and grow in spiritual gifts, especially to be prophetic in worship, to be prophetic in evangelism; a people where every member has a part to play because every member has a gift.

And it is out of this vision that flows a desire to please Him and to do good things for such a wonderful God.
